Can it handle allergen and dietary queries?

What if a guest asks something the AI doesn't know?

No. OG is for you — the restaurant owner or manager — and lives inside your Growtality dashboard. The AI Voice Assistant and chat widget are for your guests. OG handles your setup and platform questions; the guest AI handles calls and website enquiries.
What if I get stuck during onboarding?
OG tracks your setup progress automatically and picks up exactly where you left off each session. If something is incomplete, OG flags it proactively. It's also available as a platform assistant post-launch — so if you need to add a new menu, change your booking rules, or understand a feature, you can ask OG at any time.
